About Mark Tudor
Founder | Consultant | Circular Economy & Innovation Specialist | Non-Executive Director
Mark Tudor is a company director, strategic consultant, and educator with more than three decades of experience in innovation, strategy, and leadership. His work focuses on enabling organisations to achieve sustainable and responsible growth.
He holds an MBA from the University of Glamorgan and a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Wales. He is a Chartered Marketer and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Leadership, and a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership.
Mark’s career spans telecommunications, local government, engineering, medical devices, and public health innovation. This cross-sector experience enables him to apply strategic insight across complex organisational environments.
As a Business Wales Mentor, Mark supports entrepreneurs, founders, and leadership teams across Wales. He provides guidance on strategic decision-making, organisational development, and growth challenges. His mentoring approach is grounded in clarity, purpose, and practical action.
